What Can Be Exchanged
✓ We accept exchanges on the following conditions:
- Exchange is requested within 48 hours of receiving your order (not from the date of dispatch)
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Item is not from our final sale or marked-down clearance section
- Item was not a swimwear or intimates product (hygiene reasons)
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided
What Cannot Be Exchanged
✕ The following items are non-exchangeable:
- Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale and clearance items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing tags or original packaging
- Items where exchange is requested after the 24–48 hour window
- Custom or special order items
Exchange Process
We offer exchanges for the same item or an item of the same price where stock is available. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.
- Exchange must be for the same item or an item of the same price
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
- Delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
How to Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 876 547 2672 or email [email protected] within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your Order ID (e.g. ORD-001), the item you received, and what you'd like to exchange it for — along with photos of the item
- We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, drop the item at Shop 10, Eastwood Park Plaza, Behind the Transport Centre or arrange courier delivery (at your cost)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your Order ID. We will arrange an exchange.
